Meet Sanaz
The Soul Behind the Movement
Dance and fitness have become profound forces in my life, shaping both my career and my journey of healing and self-discovery. While I’ve always loved movement, it was in adulthood that I truly uncovered the transformative power of dance and fitness. Through art and motion, I found a way to embrace my authenticity, using creativity as a form of therapy to grow, heal, and reach my dreams.
I believe my mission is to share my journey of growth with you, so we can grow together. To empower people especially women through movement, fostering self-confidence, creativity and joy. To create a space to explore femininity, cultivate inner strength, and celebrate individuality without the need to conform to external expectations.


I believe in inspiring others to rediscover the freedom of being unapologetically themselves. As a certified Dance, Fitness, and Pilates instructor, I bring a unique blend of disciplines into my work, including contemporary dance, Salsa, waacking, Pilates, mindfulness, and somatic practices. My experience as a multidisciplinary artist and movement researcher allows me to offer a holistic and deeply personalized approach to training.
In addition to extensive training and studies in dance and art across Iran, Turkey, and Italy, I most recently graduated from the ACTS Contemporary Dance Program in Paris (2022). I am currently pursuing a Sports Coaching program “BPJEPS”, further enriching my journey of sharing the joy and power of movement. Together, let’s embark on a path of learning, healing, and authentic self-expression.
